3-defender formation has become the most popular system in the current soccer landscape. Juventus had great success in recent years because of the 3-defender system. Antonio Conte has used his brand of 3-4-3 to lead Chelsea to the top of the Premier League. Even like Arsene Wenger, he changed the formation to 3-4-3, and Arsenal could find a way to win the games recently.
